- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I never write reviews but after seeing the poor reviews online, I thought it was necessary to help out. I've been a customer of PNC (formerly National City) for at least 17 years and my employer also banks with them so I visit this branch almost daily. The customer service is exceptional and I have never had any issues with either my personal or business account. I recommend PNC to anyone looking for a new bank!By Renee Thompson, February 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Why are they open Saturday if they REFUSE to give you an appointment on Saturday??? Needed to move money from one account to a new one and open a charge card with my 18 year old to help them get credit established. Open 9-5 on Saturday but NO appointments???? LOL going somewhere that's more flexible. And I will be closing our (3) accounts here.By rightisright1000, November 11, 2016
